Members must register their guests at the front desk.

Uplands is a non-smoking facility.  Please note that CRD Bylaws do not allow smoking (including e-cigarettes) within 3 meters of any doorway, or window, on patios, or in the area surrounding the Snack Bar window.

Policy on Smoking

Non-members, golfers and reciprocal players may use the Clubhouse facilities after the payment of the required green fee on the day the green fee is paid.

• Appropriate golf attire is acceptable in the clubhouse at any time. 
• The wearing of caps, sports headwear or golf shoes is prohibited on the upper floor or in the entrance foyer of the Clubhouse.  Patio areas are excluded.  Women's formal hats are permitted in all areas of the Clubhouse.
• Jeans are permitted in all areas of the Clubhouse provided they are in good condition, worn appropriately and that they are not soiled, frayed, ripped, torn or with holes.

Dress Code Policy

Uplands Golf Club has an official Pace of Play Policy as detailed in the Pro Shop.  Pace of Play is monitored via a time clock that produces the official record of round time on a timecard.  Each group must have their round start and finish time recorded, regardless of the number of holes played, and must deposit the time card without delay in the box provided in the Pro Shop.

Pace of Play

• repair all ball marks on the green;
• foursomes should keep pace with the group ahead and, if not, allow the group following to play through;
• replace all divots, repair ballmarks and rake the bunkers;
• pull carts and power carts must be kept 10 yards (i.e. 30 feet) away from the greens and AT NO TIME should pull carts or power carts travel between a green and its side bunkers.
