The President's Lounge with sweeping views over the park-like course is comfortable all year round with its fireplace and banks of floor-to-ceiling windows that keep the informal space cheerful.  Reservations for this area can be made online 24/7 through the Event calendar or by phoning 250.592.7313.

The uncovered Sundeck provides beautiful views similar to the President's Lounge area and is a great spot to enjoy the fresh air on a sunny day along with a cold beer or glass of wine!  This area is not reservable and is available on a first come first serve basis.

The 19th Grille with its views south over the 18th hole provides a cozy and popular place for casual dining - no reservations required.

The Arthur Thompson Dining Room provides spacious comfort with views of woods and fairways in a more formal environment.  Reservations can be booked online 24/7 through the Event calendar for breakfast (weekends only) and lunch (everyday) and for dinners (every night) all subject to other events that may be taking place at the Club, as scheduled. We are also happy to take your reservations over the 'phone too at 250.592.7313.

The Oak Bay Room is a smaller private room with vistas along the magnificent fairways and access to a quiet sundeck overlooking the 1st fairway.  This room provides a space for members to hold smaller functions - up to 45 person seating.
